It is with great pleasure that we present you with your Retreat Workbook, a comprehensive guide that will accompany and assist you on your journey!

The IOI Strategy Retreat will take place on **February 8th through March 4th** and will include an All-Hands and Team’s Sessions in order to make the most out of our time together. This is an incredible opportunity to embrace IOI's values and actively contribute to IOI’s purpose of changing the status quo in open infrastructure funding.

It takes courage to speak up and make change; but your diverse voices and ideas will be the change that makes lOl a more dynamic, inclusive, and engaging organization to work in.
