# Team 1- Tell me about your experience in working with teams. I get enrgy and enthusiasm in a teamwork, and I get along well with others and I very much respect the suggestions and opinon of others within the team, In my past teamwork experience in training at GSG, I suggested to one of the teams to use trello tool to organizes our projects into boards and enhance our productivity as a team and that make your project more measurable and increase productivity 2- What do you like about teamwork? the most thing I like in teamwork is the collaboration Collaboration within a group can help solve problems, good opportunity Idea generation and suggestion it and the best a chance for come up with creative ways and find the solutions that work 3- What do you dislike about teamwork? the most thing I dislike in teamwork is the if team members are unorganized and unwilling to brainstorm , share ideas and support one another on project tasks so This will end with the failure of the project 4- Give me an example of a time you dealt with conflict with a peer or manager.---------------------- is very important 5-What if you were working on a project and you knew you would miss the deadline. What actions would you take? First I try to convince my manager or my client that I will do my best and trust I will do more to deliver it on time. Second, I will Stay focused to achive this task I'll divide tasks into small task I'll do my best and give more effeorts I'll put extra hours to acomplish before deadline 6- How do you handle feedback and criticism? How do you handle feedback and criticism in this situation my response will be depend on type of criticism if criticism positive I will do my best to improve my self I will ask the critic if he can advise me to avoid this mistake next time but If this criticism negative I'll stay clam and listen carfully then I'll correct every thing I can do it and improve my skills to avoid any mistak 7-What is your ideal company and workplace? My ideal work environment is a place where employees at every level have good communication and collaborative environment to grow faster at every level,along with a positive work-life balance And respect the opinions of others 8- Give me an example of where you learned a new technology by yourself. Well, when I started my journey as a front-end developer, I started learning JavaScript and started watching different videos explaining the basic concepts of JavaScript and then I chose two books and worked on various of self projects also i read a lot of articles about JavaScript and its basic concepts 9- Tell me more about your experience related to front-end development. 10-Tell me more about your experience related to back-end development. 11-What motivates you?
