I'm Elham Fadel Elshami I'm 21 years old
I study software development at the Islamic University I took several courses in algorithms and data structure.
During my university studies, I resorted to self-learning and started developing my skills in the web and on --- I joined the training.

In 2020 at August I was a passionate trainee in technical React Training which improved my skills in JavaScript and understand basic and advanced concepts in Reactjs
My enthusiasm and preference for teamwork prompted me to become a member of the code academy at GSG in July 2021
It is an intensive learning environment with talented developers working on various full-stack projects within teams using Nodejs Express React Postgres and others
If i was selected for the internship, and after spending the 3 months working on a project, I'de like to become a person who has a deep knowledge in Angular, maybe also get certified.

you should hire me because of my hard working nature, the fact that I’m very ambitious person who’s very committed and want to succeed
I am a person who always do the best to develop and improve my skills

I always know what I want and I focus on my goals to achieve them as faster as possible
For example, when I read about Angular, I got excited to work on a big Angular project and to search more deeply into Angular.
Secondly, I really enjoy learning new things and am constantly seeking out new learning opportunities and keep myself updated with the latest technology
I'm always very passionate to improve myself and encounter any challenges that help me grow

### Do you prefer to work independently or in a team?

I feel more motivated when I work with a group Although working independently makes me more focused on my tasks But I always prefer the way that makes me grow faster I find working with team and different mindsets that's very awseom to inspire and for new creative ideas I enjoy that kind of experience and Working with developers from diverse backgrounds
### What are your biggest weaknesses?***
I'm always in a rush when I make a decision and this thing bothers me, so I'm trying to break this habit through write this decision on a piece of paper and analyzing all the results. I always watch videos and read books like Atomic Habits.
### What are your biggest strengths?
My strengths are persistence, hard-working nature, and the ability to collaborate
I do my best to achieve my goals despite any difficulties I may encounter along the way
I get a lot of my energy from working with other talented developers
I feel happy and satisfied when I help others
### Where do you see yourself in five years?***
In five years,I'd like to be seen as someone with deep expertise in software development,
I would be able to take on a number of wide-ranging responsibilities related to the company's web efforts
I'll put myself to get more experience form any oppertunity

### Do you work well under pressure?
I don't panic I usually manage to maintain self-control, I sort all my tasks based on a higher priority, and I always try to focus and put more hours to achieve my tasks
### Can you tell me about a recent accomplishment or success you had ?// or challenge you encounter it
I was a member of a team that built the AudioGalaxy app
with this app is easy
to read and listen to the latest scientific articles for NASA
in this app we were challenged how do we enable audio for reading the specific article
and the team was facing frustration either giving up on this idea or should find quick solution Before the deadline, I put all my efforts this problem and put all my focus into researching and reading articles until I found a solution to it

### How Do You Prioritize Your Work?
To organize my day and to be ensure everything is well
everyday at night before next day I create a to do list of everything I must complete complete it
then I place each task in order priority based on high priority
then I make sure there are no distraction whilst complete my work and I always using app shcedualing tools to be focuse and everthing well
### What Are You Passionate About?
I’m very passionate about self-development I’m always reading books and articles or watching online video that help me grow faster for example in the last training experience
I wanted to improve my soft skill like communication
I started reading softskills the software developer’s life manual book, it's amazing book help me to improve my skills for the best

### Describe a time where you had to resolve a conflict ?
When I was a team member at the last teamwork experience, I was always keen on the success of our project and helping and encouraging my colleagues within the team.
I looked for tools to help us make the project a success and to be sure everything was well
I suggested some ideas that would help my team communicate well and
Increase team productivity
But one of the mentors rejected my suggestions
While I do not like conflict, I tried to solve this problem between me and him for sake of the tem and building a good relationship with this person who rejected my ideas
After the meeting, I spoke with him in private and asked him if there was any mistake I made or did something that bothers him and I went to explain that I was here to help the team and to learn from my colleagues. After a dialogue between me and him, he apologize, saying that I always help my colleagues and be there to help others
