Well, most of you probably already know this. However, where it does get tricky, is to find out right category and parent holding company of the entity you've a complaint against. We've documented the process, step-by-step, on how to file a complaint with SEBI. And added a table listing these information for popular and common entities you would often deal with in your investment journey: https://indiainvestments.gitbook.io/content/how-to/how-to-file-sebi-scores-complaint - We added an entry on how to move your shares from one broker to another, especially if you've to close the account for some reason and move to another one. Often you might not have a choice in this matter, depending on your account status, employer's line of business, residency etc. Bookmark this, for you never know when this might come in handy: https://indiainvestments.gitbook.io/content/how-to/how-to-transfer-shares-from-one-demat-account-to-another Thanks @Tulip2MF for pairing up with me on both of these :tada: **A request from our side** Most of our volunteers in the team have been affected by recent surge in CoVid-19; directly or indirectly. On the one hand, we've lot of new cards getting added to our Trello board, based on your feedback and suggestions. On the other hand, we now have immensely large scope of work on our plate, that we didn't foresee when we'd started this. If you can help with content writing, reviewing, or coding; please do reach out to us in #kb-discussions. It's alright if you're not confident enough, we can guide you. And finally: - don't go outside if you can help it - wear masks / gloves / face-shield when going outside - sanitize and wash your hands with soap periodically - consult a doctor before taking any medication
