There’s total of 16 artwork I made on this period. The dates and the notes for each meeting can be found [here](https://nouncil.notion.site/30328df718424f17a623859018497fc2?v=0f9e7e4de7e940fc9562d7fc90ed4731). - In February, I took notes/summaries for one meeting. - Additionally, at the advice and encouragement of @Modrovsky 🪪 , I started a new initiative called **Nouncil Pre-Call Notes**. This involved writing notes that provided extra proposal context before calls to ensure that all participants were better prepared and could contribute more effectively to the meetings. I wrote these pre-notes twice in February. --- ### Andrew Laddusaw - Managing & maintaining Nouncil’s Community Grants with Voadz. - Spending time talking with individuals, creating posts and answering questions about the process. - Created templates for future rounds and writing a proposal for potential community grant program guidelines moving forward to make it more efficient and fluid. Just want to shout out everyone who is keeping things moving. I've had a large workload IRL for the past couple weeks, so I've mostly just been checking in, but I hope to be back more soon.
