**Google Docs - Nouncil Record of Votes**
- Managing [Nouncil Record of Votes](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Vj7yLxh7VK4TpfN8o8N7oeL-OJb6aYwkx5KegwDPEWg/edit) doc by collecting every Nouncillors votes from Nouns DAO on-chain proposals & nouncil’s discussions. (Prop 147-173).

### 0xApril

My contribution for nouncil on Q4 2022 was making art for POAP twice a week for nouncil meeting. There’s total of 24 artwork I made on this period.

### Andrew Laddusaw

I created the initial prop incubator including founding documents, trackers, and facilitating conversations and votes. We had some success which is outlined in prop 175 if you’re interested in more details.

I hung out on discourse a huge amount of time searching for props that would be worth submitting. We created a large backlog which we’ve only recently caught up on. I plan to start another round of this work soon.

I created as many votes as I could and got to create some of the first Nerman votes as well. It’s awesome to work with you all!

- Nouncil Pod Pod:
- Discussion and coordination of new pods
- Oversee execution for new pods

- Set up Prop House votes in Ranked Vote
- Helped Joel with creating additional unique IDs (to be used with Ranked Vote) for new Nouncil members
- Helped Joel with sending out Prop House voting instructions and IDs to new Nouncil members
- Helped a few Nouncil members with additional info about using Ranked Vote
- Created summaries for 1 Prop House round

**Discord Admin**
- Set up the Nouncil discord, bots, roles, channels, etc.
- General admin of Discord, membership, voting
- Facilitated migration of all Nouncillors to Nouncil Discord when Nouns DAO discord closed.
- Migrated #nouncil-votes from emoji polls to Nerman
- Installed Craig bot and set-up auto recording of Discord calls. Manually trim beginning / end of them before uploading to Noucnil.

**Gnosis Safe**
- signer on Safe
- queued and executed transactions (Nouns DAO propsoal votes, prop submissions, Prop House votes, general payments, ENS renewal)
- helped maintain Nouncil's 97% participation rate in Nouns DAO.
- Compiled Nouncil discussions and Nerman Reasons into on-chain reasons

**Nouncil Proposal #2**

- Shopped around for external and internal feedback
- Posted on-chain

- Worked with many proposers to submit proposals for vote, finalized prop details including wallet, tech, and fiancial aspets, then then submitted on-chain

**Nouncil Pod Pod**
- Continued work on documentation and vision with the goal onboarding many new builders to run Nouncil's day to day tasks.
- Created Nouncil Prop House Pod - facilitates and submits Prop House votes with Nouncil's delegated Nouns
- Began work on [Nouncil Community Grants](https://nouncil.notion.site/Nouncil-Community-Grants-45768dfd06c044c781a371ee4de190df) pod - migrating data into Notion, organizing program.
- Created [Nounish Meetings](https://www.notion.so/nouncil/30328df718424f17a623859018497fc2?v=806b5234a2a34b619c3d5028bcd879f0&pvs=4) pod - documentation, vision, building team. Tasked with maintaining a database of Nouncil Meeting audio recordings and notes.
- Nouncil General Operations pod - documentation of many existing tasks with the goal of spinning most of them out into separate pods.
