# bitNouns is A Biker Gang.
We bit fast. We blur things.

bitNouns was formed to give new web3 participants a way to learn about web3, DAOs, and experience Nounish DAO governance.

## A Gang Member Without A Bike

wylin lives in Chicago, and doesn't have a vehicle. While he lives in walking distance of the grocery store, he uses public transit to get around otherwise.

I'm proposing the lintcouncil, which is composed of several bitNouners, send ~$1,000 of $nogs from the Lint Council multi-sig to 💎.wylin.💎.eth so that he can buy a bike to haul groceries and be healthy.

wylin is an avid bike rider, who is known to ride bikes 100+ miles per week, even into almost freezing weather.
