Speaker Actually Turns Up Amendment === In Article 3, insert new section 7 after section 6: 7) The Speaker can be removed by the Governor-General if: a) The Speaker has breached the rules on multiple occasions, and to a severe degree. b) The Speaker has not been active, per Article 10 (5)(c\) and (5)(d), for one week or fifteen submissions in the House, whichever comes first. i) for the purposes of this clause only, “submissions” includes bill readings, any committee of the whole house, Question Time, any vote taken, and any motion or similar. ii) for the purposes of this clause only, “submissions” does not include any other non-House submission.
