Abstract
This document introduces a design for networking, comms, and hacking gameplay in Space Station 14. At a high level, the idea is to combine comms, devicenet, and other technological communication into a single system of common mechanics, with the goal of exposing things built on it to player interaction. If successful, this would open a new layer of gameplay rife with possibilities and new modes of conflict.
