There are arguments that indicate music, art, and drama is equally important with other subjects in primary school. This essay is on the side of advocates because of the advantages of those subjects with the children personality and career development.

Students' personality, especially in the primary level, can develop fully and become more ethical. Because students will learn the way to enjoy and comprehend the works of art so that they can build their worldview and ways of thought of it. Many researchs from universities show that a child, who has more time to enjoy various types of art, has multiple ways of view when encounters a problem and gets through of it easier.

If students have more time to learn about art, music, and drama, they surely have more options for their future career. They may be influenced to start their career as a musician, a painter, or even a actor or actress. We can see this fact clearly in Japan where students have their time to learn music when they was a child. They have a developed entertainment industry where musicians or composers can have good income with their works.

In conclusion, the reasons for agreement that students should equaly learn music, art, and drama with other subjects in school come from advantages of their personality development and career opportunities in the future.
