# RIP Proposal "Cohort V6" ## Project Idea The goal of this RIP is to: * learn the guild's current needs in relation to the cohort * iterate on previous cohorts * design and document a new cohort with the Guild's desired outcomes as the goal * deliver and host the cohort with the outcome in mind ## Summary ### Deliverables 1. RIP Proposal 2. Cohort design, process, and documentation 3. Host the Cohort 4. Move the surviving Apprentices to their next steps within the Guild/Ecosystem 5. Record results of the cohort and present it to the guild ### Why should we build this? **New Members Bring Life to the Guild* Members leave the Guild from time to time or become less active. To sustain itself, Raid Guild needs a steady flow of high-quality members of different roles. **Continuous Improvement** The cohort process has been consistently iterated upon. This is the next iteration. We will design the cohort to fulfill the Guild's stated needs while integrating new content initiatives and updating documentation. **Summer is Coming** Build the Guild's human capital for the next wave of projects on the horizon. **Raid Guild is a Public Good:** We are the talent on-boarding flow for the larger meta ecosystem. Raid Guild members go on to build and found companies, start protocols, and develop the larger ecosystem. Our success and our Member's success grows the entire ecosystem. ## Phases and Deliverables ### Phase 1: Design and Documentation - Beginning of February Deliverable: Flowchart, slides, metrics, templates and content for the Cohort based on the definition of success. Process: Meetings, MiroBoard FlowChart, Async Discussion, Polls ### Phase 2: Cohort Delivery - March-April Deliverable: Cohort hosted and completed. Best attempt made to bring in new members as desired by the Guild. Process: Meetings, content discussions, projects, feedback loops, bounties. ### Cost *Cost is a conservative estimate. Hours will be recorded and submitted.* Phase 1: $2,000 (40 hours at $50/hour) Phase 2: $3,000 (60 hours at $50/hour)
