Please contact him to study the way you put progresses & plans. 2. For every team, please setup a **Final Goal deadline** for every of your project that you hold. ex: MOST project has deadline on 2023-05-31, DU team need to setup a final goal, how to say your team is success in MOST project? how to verify your jobs? 3. Ian has provided a new template for Daily plan to help the team leader & project manager to check your condition. Please put your daily progress following Ian's example on his note 4. For **every teams**, please select 1 person to taking personal meeting minutes, because Ian/Mick may miss some important notes from Prof. Ray for your team. 6. Don't let him enjoy the money without any work :) 7. For **everyone** (Including Project Leaders and Manager), try to keep **learning** and **improve** ourself from the other teams. It's okay to do mistakes, as long as we admit it & learn to not do it again in the future. 8. Nadhif presented P4 with a really good flow & explanation. **Everyone** should learn the way to present your progress like Nadhif. # DU Team 1. <font color="red">Do not keep postponing your schedule</font>. Please setup your personal Gcalendar to maintain your working load. 2. Please setup a schedule to discuss with Ian about DU team Goal & scheduling problem fixing. **加油!!** 3. Follow Akmal's noting style, his note is easily understandable. # CU Team 1. Subscribe mailing list from OAI (OAI already implement handover function), need to check it & try to co-work with them. 2. O-CU did not support multiple O-DU handover. Discuss it with OAI, whether they're already implement it or not. **Note**: O-CU wants to have a testing environment by implementing OAI source codes # O-RU 1. Try to place the ASUS server on an fixed place and work remotely for this server, so you don't have to keep moving the server. # RIC Team # IoT Team 1.
