# How to write review

## Where should I start from?
From the start page, you can see review writing features.
(1) On your routines, you don't have write review button. But if you go to the detailed page by clicking Read More, you can leave your review on your routine.
(2) By clicking Write, you can write your review.
(3) You can also find the write button in the page after clicking Read More button.

## Write review to the routine
In plan H review, we provide multi-factor rating. There are 5 criteria for the rating,
>1. Difficulty well set?
>2. Was routine new?
>3. Was it effective?
>4. Post well written?
>5. Suggestable?

(1) Rate Graph : This is a pentagon radar graph of rating. 3,3,3,3,3 is default graph.
(2) Adjusting Graph : You can adjust the graph value by moving slide bars. It is from 1(No) to 5(Yes).
(3) Comments & Suggestions : Review of plan H includes comments and suggestions. **Comments are just your impression of the routine and suggestions can be feedbacks, tips, other things can help improve this routine.** By clicking the tab, you can both write them or you can just write one of them. Only leaving both empty is not permitted. **Required field**

Written review can be edited or deleted. It will be explained on next section.

## How are the reviews displayed?
All reviews are displayed by this format.
(1) User image, User name, Reviewed date.
(2) Displayed Rate Graph
(3) Comment and Suggestions
(4) Author reply
(5) Edit and delete button for review. As you can see from other user's review, you can only edit and delete your review.

- 
- The average rating of reviews are shown in the routine feeds.
- And most recent review, simplified version will be also shown.

## How to reply to other reviews
### If you are user of plan H. (including author)
(1) Like and Dislike Button : You can only click either of them once. These are toggle buttons so click again to make them unclicked.
(2) Report Button : You can malicious reviews by clicking the report button. Administrators will monitor those reviews and take care of it.

These buttons are on both comments and suggestions box.
### If you are the author. (author priviledge)
If you are the author of the routine, you can leave reply to continue interaction to users of your routine. Good or important reviews can be pinned.
(1) Write reply button : Click to write the reply.
(2) Reply edit, delete button : Reply can be also edited and deleted.
(3) Pin, un-pin review : Click pin icon to un-pin and click un-pin icon to pin.
(4) This is how it is shown to other users. Pin icon appears or disappears.

## How to efficiently use review list
(1) You can find the filter, sort dropdown on the upper right of review list.
(2) If you press "filter by" dropdown, you will see this. There are three options, **Only comment, Only suggestion, Show all**. Only comment will show only comment and only suggestion will show only suggestion. Default is show all. This feature is for those who want to only see one of them to find useful information better. These buttons are toggled so clicking same option will make them turn back to default option.
(3) If you press "sort by" dropdown, you will see this. There are three options, **Newest, Most Upvote, Highest Rating**. Default is Newest option. You can sort reviews by most upvotes(number of upvotes - downvotes) and highest rating. Reviews are sorted in except pinned reviews. They always stays in newest order(default).

By using these sorting and filtering features, we hope you to surf through routine reviews more effciently.
