I am writing this Proposal on behalf of (Raid Guild) an Independent Developer shop known for its rich DnD-style lore system. We want to produce a gamified experience, to create a captivating world for our audience. This collaboration with M3 or MetaVerse Makers the dynamic and innovative Game-Fi and Meta-Verse building Crew. This proposal outlines how our collaboration could pave the way for a unique and engaging game experience.

**1. Overview of (Meta-Verse Makers) and (Raid Guild)**

(Meta-Verse Makers M3) is a trailblazing Game-Fi and Meta-Verse building Crew that specializes in creating immersive gaming experiences and captivating virtual worlds. Our team comprises individuals with diverse expertise, ranging from game design and development to storytelling and community engagement. We have a strong network in the adjacent industries, which aligns well with (Org B)'s goals.

(Raid Guild) is an Independent Developer shop with a deep-seated DnD-style lore system. They have successfully woven intricate narratives and lore, creating a captivating experience for their audience. However, they lack a tangible game product to fully engage and retain their users.

**2. The Collaborative Opportunity**

Our proposal centers around (M3) collaborating with (Raid Guild) to build a unique game experience that will bring their rich lore and narratives to life. The proposed collaboration entails:

- **Game Development:** Leveraging the expertise of (M3)'s game designers and developers, we will work hand-in-hand with (Raid Guild) to create an interactive game that immerses players within their intricate lore system.

- **Gamified Onboarding:** Capitalizing on (Raid Guilds)'s distinctive onboarding approach, we will design a game that seamlessly integrates their lore and narrative into the user's introduction to the game. This approach will enhance user engagement and retention.

**3. Funding Proposal**

Apeiron Creations proposes that Meta-Cartel Provide funds to M3 on Behalf of RaidGuild with an amount between two thousand and five thousand dollars ($2,000 - $5,000) to initiate the development of the game experience outlined above. This funding will cover initial design, development, and integration efforts. Additionally, we will allocate resources from Raid Guild to work closely with M3's team throughout the development process.

This collaboration offers numerous benefits to both (M3) and (Raid Guild):
