Readme This document is a raw data of proteome. Samples are from skeletal muscle of aging rehsus monkeys. "ck" represent health control group, inculde "ck_1","ck_2" and "ck_3". "OB" represent obesity aging group, inculde "OB_1","OB_2" and "OB_3". "TM" represent aging with type 2 diabetes group, inculde "TM_1","TM_2" and "TM_3". Numbers in this table are "intensify value" measured by Mass spectrometric analysis. Colume N, O and P, showed changing folds of proteins in a pairwise comparision. P value, protein name, gene name and uniport number are followed.
