### Topics

1. The series of popular science

Target Audience: Students and Beginners

Frequency: 1 to 2 times a month

Objectives: Speech is the way that helps participants to understand more about sciences with lower pressures.

Execution Plan:
* Series Courses
Teach in order for a certain goal, and the community will discuss the course goal and progress together.

* All the rage topics
Holding a lecture of the currently popular technologies or projects is a good way to make community start the discussions.

2. Technical Discussions

Target Audience: Experienced developers or knowledgeable individuals

Frequency: 1 to 3 times a month

Objectives: Improving the discussions and exchange of know-hows in the community

Execution Plan:

* Key Technologies
Teaching or discussing the crucial technologies and the latest progress; for example, ZK or Sharding.

* Proposals from Community
The community members propose the technology they want to discuss or learn.

* Ethereum-related Topics
Current development and technological progress of Ethereum.

3. Community gatherings

Target Audience: Taipei Ethereum's Community

Frequency: 0-2 times a month

Objectives: Increasing the cohesion of the community

4. Study Group

Target Audience: Those who are interested in a project or specific protocols

Frequency: 0~3 times a month

Objective: Increasing the cohesion of the community and improving the exchanges of know-hows

Execution Plan: At the initial stage, we should form a group with provided projects; subsequently, the enthusiasms can find someone who has same interests and form a smaller group to have intensive discussions privately

### Information integration

1. Content translation

Objective: To increase the Chinese learning resource, we should pick appropriate films and articles to translate.

2. Call for papers

Objective: Adopting a rewarding system to encourage community members to write articles allows us to accumulate useful resources.

3. Integration of Web page

Objective: Creating an integrated website allows us to accommodate the essential information by ourselves

### Industry survey

1. Working Package Survey

Objective: Investigate the job content and salary of Taiwan's blockchain industry, and provide statistical information by filling in forms.

|Translation costs | 4000 | Take the 30 minute film as an example, it costs about 200 US dollars. 4 films per month which means totally 20 films in 5 months|
|Article solicitation fees | 400 | An article will be rewarded with $10, and there are 8 articles per months which are totally 40 articles.|
|Employee Salary | 8500 + 600 | Fixed staff salary, demand 1 person, US $1700 per month, a total of 5 months. Temporary workers for a single event, 2 people for each event, 2 hours for a single event, 6 dollars per hour, and up to 25 events (excluding community gatherings and study groups) during the plan period.|
|Miscellaneous Fees | 3500 | Provide participants with meals, souvenirs or proof of participation. Each activity is $100, and there are up to 35 activities (excluding study groups) during the plan period.
|Lecturers fees | 3500 | The lecturer fee is 50 USD per hour and we will hold 35 lectures with each one take 2 hours.|
