- We are not constrained by what we put in our application

- Decide what we are actually going to do...

- What is Open Source? (what does this mean to us/REG?)
- What is best practice in terms of Open Source?
- What would we do if we had unlimited time?
- We might be able to get additional support in terms of time & funding
