* What is offloading(outsaucing)?
- 叫別人來做事，不要所有事情都丟給CPU做，可以丟給DPU做
- API 不保證 offloadng
* collective communication
- 沒有計算在裏頭，只有通訊
- 只要牽涉到多 node 通訊 就叫 collective communication
- MPI defines two types of communication
- point-to-point
- collective communication (many nodes are involved).

* Outstanding operations
* send recv quest
* Every WR that was posted is considered "outstanding" until it ends with WC
* 舉例:熱追蹤導彈，送出之後就自己跟蹤
* post 出去的 request 但還沒 compelete 就叫做 oustanding
