### updates

- In the meeting with Dankrad and my teammates ashely and chirag we were able to plan out our plan of action.
- Ashley would be working on a formalizing the formal specification of the Rated list DHT
- Chirag and I spent sometime on understanding the libp2p library, the rated list DHT specification give by Dankrad assumes a p2p network to exist.
- prysm use a libp2p and was found to be a great resource to materialise our idea of rated list DHT
