## Initial Process
We performed stakeholder interviews, site audits, and wireframing to come up with the most versatile solutions. Once designed, we tested the system by having brand partners build their sites using the system.
What we discovered early in the process is below:
| 67% | 44% | 38% |
|---- | --- | --- |
| Most HCPs view Pharma websites as primarily product advertisement. | Only 1/2 of HCPs interviewed found the information on pharma sites helpful. | Over 1/3 of HCPs said they couldn’t quickly find the info they were looking for. |
**HCPs are your consumers. The goal should be to create a site that is as appealing and uncomplicated as possible.**
Unappealing design and complicated navigation are the two most ruthless killers of a website. If the survival of your business depends on website visitors, UI can make or break your efforts to grow and scale.

## Creating the Catalogue
While the catalogue will eventually expand to include patient-specific modules and interfaces, our journey started with an exhaustive audit of several HCP web experiences under the Novartis umbrella. Each piece of content on every page was classified, catalogued, and sorted. Most content modules fit into one of the categories below, which became the base of the module library.
* 35% Free Form Content
* 14% Featured Content
* 10% Heroes
* 9% Charts & Graphs
* 9% Page Dividers
* 7% Featured Data Points
* 6% Tables
* 5% Full Pages
* 3% Modals
* 2% Lists
