# vin 1FT8W3BT7KEF92996 - [ ] Needs Original Inspection Sent to: > Travis County Tax Office > ATTN: Claudia Martinez > 2443 Ridgepoint Drive > Austin, Texas 78754 # Isiah 720-361-6987 # Allison (Titles) 303-254-5272 - https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?trknbr=770207954868&trkqual=2459867000~770207954868~FX - Title Isn't Complete - Let's just transfer it to a dealership here # 2019 F-350 Crew Cab WE OWE: In short, I'd like to pay for the truck today with a WE OWE from OMEARA including: - (Cameras) all need to be fixed or replaced as needed - Dangerous Shimmy in front end (found on the highway as I drove off) - Possibly related to MCSP Program #20N04 Steering Linkage Damper Extended Coverage? - With 4x4 engaged (found the next day) - Sqeaking Sound - In Neutral / Chain rattling sound When this work is at the dealer for repair for the above, I require a loaner (does not need to be a truck). I'm dealing with these issues while my dad just passed : mike.mcclimans.net , my sisters house burned down : mayfire.mcclimans.net and my wife and kids have the flu. Please provide the above (current date of repairs on 18th is fine), or I can return the truck today. # Timeline ## Wed / June 22 Informed sales that I needed to pick up an RV on Saturday. - Was told that they would schedule camera repairs for Saturday morning, and that he would order in the parts from other dealers. - As a drive away the front end shimmies enough that I pull over in fear, I call the dealer to inform them. ## Thu / June 23 Drove up to 4th of July pass, and noted that when in 4x4 there was a rythmic metal on metal sound and additionaly chains / loose metal sounds when in neutral. ## Fri / June 24 Drive truck back to Dealer, Sales/Isiah was shown the 4x4 sounds. In a conversation with other staff, Isiah was asked if he has scheduled anything and his reponse to them was no I have not scheduled anything. (2 days after he said Saturday was the day for my repairs) Isiah requested I schedule something with service, which was when I was informed that service had all parts, but it would be on the 18th of July and would likely take a few days. Service said I should escalate this with sales, to which Isaih said he would talk to his GM Monday to escalate and call me by 10am. ## Saturday / June 25th > ME: Can I get confirmation first? For time and loner while in shop > Isiah: It’s confirmed for the 18th I won’t know if its getting moved closer till Monday and the loner I have to verify what will be available at the time but I got you we will make sure everything is good to go ## Monday / June 27 I await a call from Isaih, but recieve none. I did text back and forth a bit with him, but could still not confirm a loaner vehicle while under repair. I called finance to let them know that I still had some issues with the sale / WE OWE and would either return the truck or release payment today. I also called into Victoria Estrata (vestrall@ford.com) who recomended I escalate to Josh Delomonica, the sales GM, not drive the truck much and get resolution or return the truck. # Tuesday / June 28th Wrote up this site, and emailed it to Victoria @ Ford and Josh Dellemonache and Michael Parente. Michael and Josh took care of setting a loaner within hours, signed a WE OWE with all of the above, and I'm much happier now. Looking forward to driving a safe truck. Allison from Service was super helpful in noticing that things didn't seem right and was a big part of making things good all-round. Thanks everyone!
