Mr. Rogers and the North American network of local Public Broadcast Stations is the inspiration for ii.nz and this presentation from eight years ago ties much of our NZ focus, but is really only a starting point for the conversation as we explore what this could look like in a Maori context.

Second, I’d Iike you to watch the video and read the transcript of Fred Rogers as he spoke to Congress in the summer of 1969, trying to save funding meant for public television that was being redirected to the Vietnam War.
