Should there be a MR contribution requirement?
What should the price be, now that MR has value + is in the treasury.

Notes: free shares always for people that contribute, new contributors must put in as much as the avg share price value including MR in the treasury safe.

avg DAO share ragequit price + 20% (total treasury value/# of dao shares)
