### The Crypto Bill

On the crypto bill: here is how it would effect us. DAOs would need to be registered and tokens which give dividends or can be used to rage quit would not be classified as commodities, which I think means they fall under securities and that opens up the nightmare of securities law which is both expensive and above my head. Take the whole thing with a grain of salt as (A) due to the current state of the government and the fact that its an election year (every year is an election year btw go vote) its hard to pass this more niche legislation (B) this looks like a very early stage of the bill and hasn't been attacked by lobbyists yet (C) this will have to go through several committees and will likely be split up (thanks @spoop!)
