Focus on the most important task ::: Say you have a list of tasks and to-do's for the next day - how do you go about prioritizing them? It is always difficult deciding what to do first or what to do when. This is something you will learn and improve over time. :bulb: **In general terms, you should prioritize tasks that move you towards your objectives (which is why you should always keep these at the top of your mind).** We know - easier said than done. We have a million things in our day-to-day that prevents us from focusing on the tasks that need to be done in the right order. That's why it's important to follow some kind of process, framework, or methodology! **Today we want to share one of our favorite frameworks for prioritizing: The Eisenhower matrix.** It has been around for decades and is still widely used today. It is about putting your tasks into buckets of urgent and important and lets you recognize what to do now, what to schedule, which to delegate and avoid doing altogether. Let's have a look! 👇 ::: warning p.s. the Eisenhower matrix is not the only prioritization method. We encourage you to research other methods and find one that works for you. What's important is that you prioritize one way or another 😉 ::: {%youtube czh4rmk75jc %} <style> body > .ui-infobar, body > .ui-toc, body > .ui-affix-toc, body > .ui-community, body > .document-footer { display: none !important; } </style>
