## Our course pillars
Let's have a look at our three main course pillars and what they mean for you in depth:

### 1. State-of-the-art Pedagogy
Forget the one-size-fits-all educational approach we have all been exposed to in school. It's outdated. **We all have our unique way of learning.**
We have built this course to adapt to how learning should be in the new digital era. In fact, we are using pedagocial methods that have proven to yield the highest learning impact:

1. **Blended learning:** We combine individual learning through online content together with community learning and coach-led sessions.
2. **Mastery-based:** To ensure you have the level required to be employable, you will not progress unless you have successfully mastered your core assignments.
3. **Self-guided:** We have some milestones to hit per week, but when you put in the work is up to you. We only require you attend one meeting on Monday and one on Friday (we will explain in depth soon)

Except for Week 1: Foundations, the rest of the weeks you will follow a project or experiential learning approach.
This means:
- You will receive a briefing with a very clear goal.
- We will provide the theory, coaching and access to peers, but ultimately how you achieve your goal is up to you. We are convinced this is not only more fun but far more sustainable learning :man-with-bunny-ears-partying:.
### 2. Industry-led curriculum
How do we decide what we teach? Here's the rationale:
- Our goal is to get you from zero to job-ready in the shortest time possible
- For that to happen, we need to teach you exactly the skills and knowledge companies demand
For this purpose, all content and training assignments are continuously validated by our network of 50+ hiring partners and industry experts. They are designed to be in sync with the current skills required to be succesful in the market. Our course is constantly reviewed to make sure what you learn aligns with what employers demand.
### 3. Real-world sales practice
The most effective way to learn sales is to actually **DO** sales in a real environment. There is plenty of sales practice waiting for you in this course. We know of no other program that integrates real world practice as core element of their curriculum. This will get you prepared to shine.
