The value of your product or service is the positive impact it has on your customer's business over time. It is often measured in terms of the financial return (more revenue or less costs) on the investment made by purchasing your offering. Here the concept of "ROI" or "return on investment" comes into play. Essentially, when you sell your product or service to a potential customer, you can think of them as an investor that wants to get the best possible return on the investment (your products price) made. Actually, this is a great way to think about it since your prospect only has limited budget to spend and needs to think wisely where his or her budget is best allocated. The vendor offering the best ROI has a pole position to winning the deal. Your takeaway: show the ROI you offer. But you first, let's make sure you understand the concept 🙂 {%youtube eoAR8ZyAyoc %} <style> body > .ui-infobar, body > .ui-toc, body > .ui-affix-toc, body > .ui-community, body > .document-footer { display: none !important; } </style>
