# There's huge demand

There aren't enough good salespeople.

As of today, *Salesperson* is the single most in-demand job title in the world:


In fact, the main insight that motivated us to launch Headstart Academy is that, in our professional lives, we have really struggled to find good salespeople, and we know how important they are for tech companies.

We wanted to give you some numbers so you can get a better idea of just how much the demand exceeds the supply for different sales profiles.

The numbers in the example below are for Germany, but the trend is consistent for most countries.
