# ✍️ Assignment: Get onboarded to your key tools
There are two key applications we will be using in your day-to-day prospecting activities and that are crucial for your Hyrise Academy training
Let's have a look! 👇
## 1. **Your CRM**
You are most likely already using a specific CRM at your company. This will be a key asset to complete your mission. Please refer to your company's onboarding briefing for the specific CRM you are using (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics or others).
Once you know, please go online and search for onboarding documentation for your specific provider. Most CRM providers have their own academy and offer onboarding courses... See examples for Hubspot ([here](https://academy.hubspot.com/courses?page=1#products=sales_crm;certsOnly=false;)) and Pipedrive ([here](https://www.pipedrive.com/en/academy/courses/get-started-with-the-basics/chapters/how-your-data-is-organized)).
Make sure you are familiar with key features and functionalities like:
- All basic elements such as deals, contacts, organizations (companies), leads and how to create them
- How to plan and save activities (a MUST for managing yourself effectively)
- How to automatically capture email communication in Hubspot
## 2. **Call recording app**
In order to provide individual feedback on your calling activites and discovery meetings, we need recordings your coach can listen too. Should your company have an integrated calling solution that is recording calls, great!
If not, please reach out to your company contact as well as your coach to discuss the best way to move forward with call recordings.

A popular option: On your mobile phone, download an App that allows you to record outgoing and incoming phone calls. This way you can record your calls and share them with us for feedback.
