# ✍️ Assignment 1: Create your discovery call template

🥳 Congratulations - you're now prepared to jump on your first discovery call!

But before you do that, it's important to design your discovery call template.

🤔 Should it be the same as my cold-calling script?

Not exactly... this is a template, not a script! You don't necessarily need to follow this word-for-word.

Your template should include a clear structure and questions so you're prepared for your meeting. Leave space to make notes prior to the call based on your research and have it at hand during your call.
