# Step 2: Top skills

We hope you enjoyed the values exercise. Being completely honest with yourself regarding the things you currently value the most can be really insightful.
Now that we know what you value in your career, it's time to define what skills you can currently bring to the table.
## Identifying your top skills
Objective of this exercise is to identify which skills you have and which ones you're most proficient at.

2. Make a copy to be able to edit ("File"->"Make a copy"). Onc eyou have your copy:
- *Step 1*: The first step is to check all the skills you think you already have or that you have experience putting into practice and mark them with a cross **X**.
- *Step 2*: Once we have identified all the skills you have, please **circle the top 5** you enjoy using the most
3. Include them in your personal branding canvas
