Many CRM's allow you to completely automate these efforts, but not all. We recommend you research your specific tool to find out how it can support your cadencing efforts. One feature **all** CRM's offer is the ability to set specific tasks. It's a little more time consuming than completely automating the process, but a best practice and great way to do it nonetheless.
