Working through your personal canvas, you have defined: :::warning 1. **Values**. You know who you are and what you value. Keep this in mind when looking for jobs and ensure that at whichever company you end up, matches these values. 2. **Top skills**. You know what you're good at and what you can do. These are your strengths and know-how, make sure you capitalize on them. 3. **Brand Attributes**. Discovering how others perceive you, you have been able to craft brand attributes that align with your brand image and make you authentic. 4. **Your goal**. This one should keep evolving as you progress through your career. You should now have a rough idea of what you want to accomplish. Remember - the more granular the goal, the better! 5. **Target Persona**. Who will you be targeting to achieve your goal? Where can you find them? The better you know your target persona, the easier it will be to get through to them to achieve your goal. ::: And just like that, we have come to the final step of defining your personal brand. The element that brings everything together: **Your Personal Branding Statement** We won't lie to you - this one's tough. It requires condensing your brand into (ideally one) or two sentences. These examples can be used as templates for inspiration when making your own personal brand statement. ### Generic examples > “I help people create new opportunities in their businesses and careers.” > [color=#109319] > “I am a personal trainer, specializing in weight training and mobility.” > [color=#109319] > “I give authors visibility on untapped promotional platforms where they can share their work." > [color=#109319] > “I spark new product ideas for large companies that have stagnant product cycles.” > [color=#109319] ### Sales-specific examples > “I am a sales professional focused on developing powerful campaigns that help businesses find new customers. I am hard-working, a great communicator and I work better in strong team environments.” > [color=#109319] > “I am a tech sales professional with extensive experience in customer facing roles. I specialize in prospecting through social selling and conducting effective discovery calls. I'm curious, willing to learn and intrinsically motivated to succeed” > [color=#109319] > “I wake up every morning and run 5k. That's because i'm intrinsically motivated and show full commitment in any project I commit to. > Sales is my passion. I firmly believe sales is about helping customers solve problems. I enjoy talking to others and diving deep into their problems to generate win-win scenarios for both companies and customers. ” > [color=#109319] As you can see, these examples are all about the value they can provide to others.
