--- tags: Onboarding training --- # ✍️ Assignment: Schedule a Q&A session on your company onboarding briefing Having introduced you to the concept of an ICP and IBP, it's time for you to consolidate all your questions - if any - on the onboarding briefing your company has provided and schedule a Q&A session. ⚠️ **We're asking you to consolidate all your questions and share them with your manager asking for a meeting to get all of them answered.** ::: info **Instructions** &nbsp; - [ ] Reach out to your onboarding contact person (see your company onboarding document) to schedule a "Questions and Answers" meeting. - [ ] Prepare all your open questions and doubts. - [ ] During the meeting go over all your questions and the most important items of the onboarding document: Your product, the problem it adresses, the value it provides, the ideal ICP and IBP. - [ ] In your briefing, there are clear instructions on the kind of companies (ICP) and contact persons (IBP) you are supposed to research and reach out to.
