# Action plan
:::success
Dear Hyriser... this is the final learning unit of your core training 😢
:::
We're sad, but happy, but sad...
Going through the training has only been the first step in this wonderful journey. Let's recap:
- You've dived deep into the tech industry.
- You've learnt the basic concepts and dynamics of sales within this industry.
- You've gained practical experience and best practices for each stage in the sales development process.
- You've received coaching from industry professionals and met great peers.
- You've built your personal brand, your digital profiles and learnt how to navigate the job hunt process.
It's now time for the next step in your journey - looking for a job.
## The action plan
:::info
**Looking for a job is a job in itself**
:::
Remember when we said looking for a job is a sales process? Like any sales process, it requires focus, dedication and a schedule.
In the upcoming weeks, we expect you to take a methodical, dedicated approach to job hunting.
- **Write down weekly goals.** We expect you to apply to at least 5 jobs on a weekly basis. Every Monday, please share your goals with your career coach.
- **Define a schedule.** Similar to your sales schedule, define some time in your calendar for specific activities like generating opportunities, applying to jobs, researching companies etc.
- **Meet with us weekly.** We're here to support you every step of the way, so please reach out to your career coach to find a time to meet weekly and evaluate your job hunt progress.
- **Keep an updated tracker.** Your tracker is your CRM. It will enable you to be methodical and keep track of your job hunting activities. It will be the document we use during our weekly coaching sessions, so please be dilligent and keep it updated!
## 🤔 What's next?
To kick off your job hunting journey, please have ready for your upcoming reflection meeting:
- An updated LinkedIn, CV and Hyrise profile
- Your Trello job tracker with 10 opportunities
- Clear objectives for the week
- A clear schedule for the week with slots in your calendar
Best of luck.
Although, you're so prepared, you likely won't need it 😉!
