After learning all about outreach methods, you might be thinking - which is better? Well, as we've made abundantly clear, the best is to have a mix of outreach channels. **However, if you had to choose just one medium, we have a clear favorite: cold calling.** This is something we have put tremendous emphasis on with our sales teams: make sure to pick up the phone and (also) call your leads. We get it, in today's world of "always on" email is just the easiest and fastest way to communicate. However, it is also the laziest, most passive and most comfortable. Meaning, of course it is easy to open up an email and reach out to your leads. That's exactly why so many people do it and why you are more likely to drown in somebody's inbox!
