## Some tips
- Kick-off the meeting in the usual way: establish an agenda and a mutual contract of what should happen during the call.
- The bulk of your call should be reviewing the proposal you sent. You can get this going by explaining your prospect what you are offering and why (tying it back to their need and requested features / products).
- We recommend you literally review the proposal together by sharing your screen (using Zoom, MS Teams or comparable).
- Be prepared to handle objections (e.g. on pricing).
- Once you've dealt with the main objections and you feel it's the right time, remember some of the questions we showed you to move the conversation towards closing. Here some examples from the last two modules:
- On a scale from 1-10 (10 being highest), how good does this proposal fit your needs?
- (If 8 and lower) What needs to happen to move things forward?
- (If 9-10) Does it make sense to...?
- You can also you variations of this or you try it your way. Feel free to experiment.
- By the end of the call, make sure you get a verbal agreement to sign the deal. If you do, send a follow-up email asking your future customer to confirm the proposal.
