--- tags: Week 1, H3, M4 --- # Example: How an SDR organizes his schedule Want to see an example of how an SDR goes about scheduling his day? Morgan is an SDR at an Atlanta-based Software company called Terminus. He shares his way of getting organized, but most importantly, why he thinks it's so important. Check it out! ::: info **A note on calendar blockers** &nbsp; You will notice how Morgan mentions certain times a day when he schedules his calling activities. This is something we can highly recommend: **use calendar blockers to get yourself organized.** For example, let's say you want to always call your leads first thing in the morning and right after lunch. What you do is put slots in your calendar for, let's say 8.30-10am and another for 1.30-3pm. Of course, you also need to have the discipline to do what you have blocked your time for (in this case, to do your calls). After some time you will figure out the times of day when your leads are best to reach. These are the times you want to block in your calendar. We refer to them as "golden call hours" or "cold calling magic" but feel free to come up with your own 😉 ::: &nbsp; {%youtube whAmLLKXR94 %} <style> body > .ui-infobar, body > .ui-toc, body > .ui-affix-toc, body > .ui-community, body > .document-footer { display: none !important; } </style>
