Great time and self-management skills are crucial to any successful salesperson. Especially with many rivaling priorities happening at the same time. So far, we have taught you all necessary concepts that help you be most efficient and ultimately, meet your quota. **Let's do a quick recap, just to name a few:** * Positive morning routines to get you in the right mindset * Prioritze most important tasks first * Focus on activities, not results * Pipeline dynamics: Be aware of conversion rates and what activites are need to achieve your quota * Lead research * Practice tip: Prepare 10-30 leads as "ready to call" by the end of each working today * Golden call hours for your cold calling activites * Calendar blockers in general * Building a cadence including follow ups involving all available channels ## The assignment Now it's time to apply what you have learned to creating your own working schedule. :::info - [ ] Create your weekly schedule for your current sales role (Monday - Friday) that shows a detailed view of how your organize yourself in order to achieve your quota - [ ] Activities that should be reflected: cold calling, lead research, (cold) emailing, social selling, lunch break 😉 - [ ] We want to see a calendar with hourly slots and blockers (you can screenshot your professional calendar) - [ ] Create a calendar that takes your current work situation (including internal meetings and Hyrise Training slots) and life circumstances into account.
