Before you go home and call it a day, you made a list of goals and tasks for the following day. 2. You prioritized these tasks and clearly identified the top 1 or 2 priorities. 3. You go home and you get an incredibly good nights' sleep... **So when you get up the next day, how do you catch a great start?** In essence, do things that get you in the right mindset 😎 Having a good, positive mindset is super important not only in sales but in life in general. Since the profession of sales deals first and foremost with connecting with and helping people, a great mindset will help you set the right tone and achieve better results. It will also get you through tough days when all you get seems to be rejection. We are all different, and the ritual of starting your day well is different for everyone. But we do want to give you some tips on the things that work for us. It's important you find something that works for you too! :::info **Tips for a successful start to the day** - **First thing in the morning, feed your brain.** Reflect on things you are grateful for. Read a book. Work out. Have you ever tried meditation? We are big fans and can highly recommend an App called Headspace. - **Block out the negative stuff.** Don't turn to your e-mails right away. Don't check social media, don't read the news. It is a recipe for disaster. - **Work on a single goal.** Remember that top priority you had for the day? Try to tackle it first thing in the morning. Before checking your email or doing anything else, tackle and complete a single goal.
