--- tags: Module 6 --- # ✍️ Assignment: Organize your weekly calendar for cold calling! Before we deep dive into cold calling, let's practice organizing your calendar 🤓 ## The assignment Building on the best practices you've learnt so far, plan and schedule your calendar for your cold calling activity. Here is some guidance on what to plan for: * About 4 hours of cold calling should be blocked in the calendar for the upcoming assignment. * Time for researching new leads you may need (and for getting them "ready to call"). * Time for entering your conversation notes into your CRM after the call. * Time for sending follow-up emails to the leads you actually talked to. * Note: You will not reach all your leads at once, so plan for more than one cold calling slot. *See an example for what one day could look like below:* ![](https://i.imgur.com/q9PfFES.png) :::info - [ ] Choose a calendar app. We strongly recommend [Google Calendar](https://www.google.com/calendar). - [ ] On your calendar, create your actual weekly schedule showing when you will tackle the activities mentioned above. It should show a detailed view of how you organize yourself. - [ ] Embed and apply your learnings and best practices from modules 4, 5 and 6 (e.g. cold calling blocker) - [ ] Make sure this is a real calendar that you can and want to stick to.
