Some organization believe that their employees should dress smartly. Others value quality of work above appearance. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
## Answer
It is an irrefutable fact that the dressing sense reflects the person's personality whether you are working or not. Some workplaces assert that dress according to the work is most important, whereas other feels that work is more important than clothes.
Speaking about the advantages of having a presentable attire, good outfits can sometimes contribute to the success of a business negotiation. It is important for a sales person or a person in a high position to wear a decent outfit in order to look tidy and formal to their clients. No matter how logical and exact our words are, some clients would not listen nor be interested if our clothes are messy. It is said that people usually remember the way you appear when you first meet them, so it is important to look best at all times. In addition, some people think that when people wear proper clothes such as business suits, it can brace themselves up. This is because formal clothes make us feel self-confident and well-organized.
On the other hand, some organization believe that working quality is more important than good outfits. In particular, a desk worker who works inside of a company does not need a decent dress. All they have to do is not being particular about outfits but finishing their tasks. Moreover, good wear is more or less expensive. Avoid introducing another argument. Focus on supporting your reasons “why the quality of work should be more important than outfits
In my view, it depends on their profession whether to wear good outfit or not. It is true that outfit is not a goal but a mean. Employees need to wear according to the situation.
To conclude, some companies value employee's wearing and others are do not. While it is advantageous for sales person to wear smartly, office workers do not need to have one.
