# KPIs and rationalization
Following the Pareto Principle, 20% of the energy and time availability should be focused on making 80% of the desired results.
On this line, 20% of the energy should be focused to bring power communities onboard.
The remaining should be used to facilitate a community environment prone to contribute, connect, share, learn, and make own the goal of ending poverty.

This document presents three Main KPIs which importance are vital for triggering globally adoption covering both cities and the most unaccesible areas.
## KPI #1: Reach 1 proven social leader per week; 24 during the next six months.
#### Goal: Increase the number of unique humans registered at Proof of Humanity while facilitating the entrance to power communities.
Focusing on reaching social leaders will increase the adoption from their communities. These communities of activists are
people already working in solving key global challenges. They have field knowledge, the networks, and most importantly the will to contribute, build, and spread the word, which at the stage where we are, is the most needed.
After six months of learning, the model can be scaled to massively onboard businesses and organizations' personnel, as well as citizens directly from public office registries.
#### KPI submetrics:
-Number of people registered from each community onboarded.
-Number of people registered a month coming from humanity's champions (proven social leaders) onboarding.
-Number of people registered by other efforts (Dissecting efforts by: Marketing campaign such as those in Instagram, ...; Recommendation; PR campaigns such as those within radio, ...; etc).
## KPI #2: 0% of disputed submissions per month coming from human mistakes
#### Goal: Turn the interface and process of submission an error-proof experience.
As the efforts from the community has been cummulative, regarding the number of resources developed to help new people onboard without mistakes, we can only part from the most recent statistics.
From the [meta public dashboard](https://meta.poh.dev/public/dashboard/2bb12c3d-1ea7-4c6e-8c3c-88eef912f647) it was retrieved the following information:
In the last 30 days (June 7th to July 6th) there were 1137 accepted registrations, 1,012 new submissions and 28 disputed profiles.
This means that `2.766%` of the 1,012 new submissions have been challenged. This could be a tricky number as it might not reflect the needed time for challengers to notice the cases from the most recent ones.
However, if we apply the same percentage to the last two weeks submissions (22nd June to 6th July), i.e. 357 profiles * 2.766%. We could say that it is not expected more than 37.874 cases to be challenged.
This would mean a potential `3.742%` of challenged submissions. We can take this playing-of-numbers as the top line where to count to down.
#### KPI submetrics:
-Number of identified sybil-attacks.
-Number of challenged submissions by type of mistake.
### Why are these indicators important?**
While reaching every human on Earth is the goal, aiming to reach power users that are able to immediately give a use to the $UBI token and to Proof of Humanity as a recognized sybil-resistant identity verification system is equally important at this moment.
Aiming to onboard communities of activist on subjects related to the Sustainable Development Goals, the Universal Basic Income movement, and Digital Commons projects will immediately provide them with tools to enhance their current actions with anti-sybil democratic decision-making,
an unconditional, global, and fairly distributed token, and a network of key players gathered to join forces with one common goal: End poverty.
By Proof of Humanity focusing on gathering organizations and invidividuals with that common goal we will be able to bootstrap on already available talent, resources, and networks to build the products and services most needed to live in a world free of poverty.
Facilitating the adoption of these communities and in general to anyone trying to register requires besides a smooth and safe interface, a common space that engages the community to keep learning, contribute, connect, and own the common goal.
## KPI #3 Reach a critical mass of at least one third of the registered humans to connect in Discord as their active to-go channel.
#### Goal: A common space that engages the community to keep learning, contribute, connect, and own the common goal.
**Sub KPI 1:** Constitute at least 4 community-based teams in the areas of Community Assistance, Fundraising, Growth, and Tech.
**Sub KPI 2:** Have at least 1 community-engaging event a week.
**Sub KPI 3:** Enable at least 3 community-essential integrations (proposal creation following DAO's terms, vinculative voting connected to the DAO, tipping, lottery participation, bounties payment/notification, ecommerce PoS, recognizing effort and reputation, etc)
**Sub KPI 4: **Have at least 1/3 of the user base actively contributing/participating in projects, events, and DAO-based actions such as governance voting and discussing.
**Sub KPI 5:** Reach at least 1,000 subscriptions in YouTube to broadcast live.
**Sub KPI 6:** Increase to 100 the members of the UBI Alliance (people publicly recognizing their committment to end poverty).
#### KPI submetrics:
-Number of users vs PoH profiles vs Telegram channels
-Number of Human Verified Discord users.
-Number of people registered with a skill role.
-Number of subscriptors in YouTube.
-Number of audience views/attendance by type of event.
-Number of essential actions possible to do through Discord vs needing to go outside of it (making a proposal to the DAO, blockchain-supported voting, eCommerce bot, GitCoin bounties notification, minting a badge, etc).
-Number of projects actively worked within a Discord private channel.
-Number of people actively contributing to PoH and allied projects.
-Number of badges forged in recognition of efforts.
-Number of people publicly recognizing their commitment to end poverty (number of UBI Alliance badges).
-Amount of $UBI transacted through Discord (in forms of tips, lottery participation, bounties paid, ecommerce, etc).
-Number of events performed within Discord.
## How can these three KPIs be achieved?
**1. Planetary Senate**
Results to the moment:
The first stage of the Planetary Senate has been piloted successfully. The first Planetary Senate is Hilde Latour, Basic Income Earth Network's Vice Chair.
Sarath Davala, Coordinator of India Network for Basic Income (INBI), also accepted the invitation to participate.
A set of UBI-related blockchain projects were succesfully summoned and invited to becoming part of Proof of Humanity, building together and participating in the DAO's decision making.
**What is the Planetary Senate?**
A once-a-month gathering between humanity's champions that have accepted the role of becoming Proof of Humanity's Delegates and the active community members of PoH.
The purpose of gathering? Discuss, Propose, and Act on solving the most critical challenges for PoH and $UBI to make an impact.
**How?** Two stages. The first is inviting national and global key activists to become part of PoH and accept the role of Delegate.
Second, an incubator of change making starting with a hackathon type of event where:
1. The challenges are discussed on live by PoH's Delegates in a dynamic session engaging the community.
2. Then, a two-day hackathon starts. At the end of the second day, the community and the Delegates will vote for the best projects to incubate.
3. Those that won besides being launched and supported through a HIP post, will get direct support of the fundraising team to connect these projects to financial resources.
4. The Senators will function as coaches of these projects, connecting them to the right communities and resources for these to reach their goals.
5. Once a month, Senators will gather to listen the projects' progress, and a day of conferences will be given to them as direct input to their reported roadblocks.
During these gatherings, Senators will also discuss emerging challenges, write proposals to the DAO, and call the community to act on them.
**How does this impact the KPIs?** Directly KPI 1. Indirectly KPI 2 and 3 as bringing talent and resources from other active communities into a problem solving event facilitates the continuous improvement of PoH.
**2. Human.Agora**
Results to the moment:
One pilot Human.Agora in Spanish through Discord with 40 people in audience.
People asking in channels when would the next be?
Around 100 people entered to Discord due to the event.
**What is Human.Agora?**
Is the language inclusive forum discussion that is taken from Discord to YouTube.
This space looks to engage the community in participating in the governance’s discussion threads by inviting PoH members to discuss, debate, and deliberate on live sessions. This format will allow the audience to participate by making questions and commentaries, all facilitated by a moderator. Participation will be open to English and Spanish speakers at the beginning, adding subtitles to the recordings.
**How is this helping?** Directly impacts the KPI 3 by engaging the community into governance and product development discussions. Indirectly to KPI 2 by opening to discussion those topics regarding the enhancement of the user experience.
**3. Community Channels: Discord and YouTube**
Results to the moment:
247 users registered.
20 users linked their Discord handle with their PoH registry, giving them as the first PoH-verified humans in Discord, reputation voting functions and in the future proposal creation and voting powers.
1 Human.Agora event.
58 skill roles registered.
2 UBI-related projects working within channels.
410 subscriptors in YouTube
15 videos
3005 views in the top video and 205 in the least viewed video (1-month-old videos)
**How can these community channels help Proof of Humanity?**
Directly by engaging the growing community into a single space where to get updated about the news and subjects going on, as well as a place to connect with other individuals and organizations working on developing solutions that directly impact the broader goal of ending poverty.
Connecting people around the world with locally available communities allows PoH to kickstart hubs of social action that not only will spread the word of registering for earning a UBI, but most importantly to engage in solutions that impact their neighborhoods.
A communication channel that gathers resources, news, and talents while doing it in an engaging way is what will make the community resilient.
