# Human.eth The time when a human needed to search for a job has ended. We live in the Era where Everything is Programmable. Web3 allows to program already posted job opportunity to find the right person to perform it. How? Using a combo of a [Ceramic](https://blog.ceramic.network/introduction-to-the-ceramic-protocol/) profile page + Skill badges + TheGraph + --- This a human profile page. The Human profile page has only one purpose: Be a 100% customizable dashboard that provides to its owner immediate access to the services he/she is looking for. Here, we introduce, with an example, the Skill Badges, the Skill Tree, and a Governance chat as modules of the Human Profile page. ![](https://i.imgur.com/sH0z35a.jpg) Peth.human.eth This is the profile page of Peth. His profile is linked to his Proof of Humanity ID. This Sybil-resistant ID, allows him to access to login directly to Web3 services, build a reputation, and experiences through Ethereum and different networks. Additionally, he receives a daily $UBI. Peth only performs those jobs that he is really interested to do. He has contributed to several projects and communities, from which he has earned Skill Badges. These badges are not transferable, as each shows the evidence Peth contributed to earn them. ![](https://i.imgur.com/WUNB4n9.png) These badges are querried within a SubGraph, thus all job opportunities that have been posted in Ethereum, and other 7 blockchains, using a SubGraph can be querried. Peth's profile page works for him by actively looking for those job opportunites that match with his Skill Badges. The profile page shows the skill badges as a living curriculum with a skill tree. The skill tree is the professional path he is building with his experiences. It unfolds the professional opportunities he is approaching by his accumulation of experiences. An interesting feature of the tree, is that it suggests skills that Peth requires to hold to apply to other bounties or job opportunities. ![](https://i.imgur.com/7h6GVww.png) --- Finally, not related to the above, but another example of the potential of the Human Profile page is regarding the multiple communities humans belong to. When contributing to blockchain-based projects, it is common to receive airdrops. These airdrops entitle governance capabilities, but they are not always well employed. GitCoin pioneered on delegating governance by default. However, there is still the problem of a missing communication between Delegates and Delegators. This problem gets even bigger when a human participates in several projects. The module of Governance Chat within the Human profile page solves this problem. The Governance Chat is a DApp and a Discord Bot at the same time. The DApp looks for all governance tokens that the human holds. Then, it looks for the Discord channels of those communities. The bot introduces itself to the Admin. When the bot is authorized creates private channels in each Discord community for their governance Delegates. Each private channels is only visible for the specific Delegate and their Delegators through Discord roles. Then, the DApp imports these channels UI to the Human profile page. Now, the human can interact with its Delegate and fellow Delegators without needing to change screen. --- Is possible to deliver the idea pitched here as a functional DApp by merging the work of Peth and [Meta.Game](https://my.metagame.wtf/player/peth), Andrej and [Deep Work](https://docs.deepwork.studio/how-we-work/skill-tree-and-leveling-system), Humberto and the [Skill Badges](https://github.com/UBI-Rebel-Alliance/badges-contracts), the [Witnet's](https://twitter.com/AragonProject/status/1402771897067130882) core team, and the [Proof of Humanity's community](http://proofofhumanity.id/).
