# Harness Experts - Knowledge Article Template Currently, we track all the knowledge articles @[community.harness.io](https://community.harness.io) and it needs more structuring to improve content quality, user experience, and reusability! Solutions that we provide as a response to a request can be captured as Knowledge Articles. The article content SHOULD NOT include details of the requestor such as company names or contact information, or locations. Knowledge articles are more than just questions and answers. Usually, these articles are a page or less in length. It can also contain links to other articles, and more reference docs that exist already. The main goal of the Knowledge Article is to document the context of the issue along with the resolution steps, environment, and diagnostic details. The below simple template can serve many different needs including Q&A, technical issues, and how-tos for articles on Harness Experts. ### Module - Choose the Harness module [*Harness CD, Harness CI, Harness FF, Harness CCD*] ### Environment - Target Environment ### Issue - Describe the issue in one/two lines. Includes error message or similar information. ### Resolution - Steps to resolve the issue. ### Diagnostic Steps - Paste the Trace of the Error Message in code blocks if any. Again, the goal is to keep it simple and create reusable content!
