# ****INVENTORY SYNC**

Inventory or stock refers to the goods and materials that a business holds for the goal of resale, production, or utilization.
### RED STONE INVENTORY
The Red Stone Application's Inventory shows the list of all the items that the Redstone coordinator selects when adding a Job.
To check Inventory Items, Go to Inventory Tab.

Here, you will see a list of all the items.
Redstone receives up-to-date information from the Allocadence system and displays it to the User.

Following are the columns that are part of the page:
#### Image
The Image column consists of the sample images of the items that are in the Inventory.
#### SKU
The SKU column shows the names of the articles that exist in the Inventory.
#### Description
This column consists of the description of the SKU items.
#### Warehouse
Warehouse columns show the user which warehouse each article is present at. The user willbe able to select Warehouses from the dropdown menu to view each warehouse's Inventorystock.

#### In-Stock
The In-Stock column reflects the inventory values from the Allocadence system.
#### Available
The Available columns show the actual usable quantity for an article.
#### Reserved
The Reserved column shows the quantity of an article that has been used to create Jobs inthe Red Stone application.
#### On-Order
On order shows the quantity of items that Redstone has ordered. just in case if inventory gets finished.
**Note:**
Available = In-stock – Reserved
**Let's take an example of Item details before any Job is created.**

While Redstone Coordinator adds a new Job.

It can see the 'Available Inventory Count' that is a real-time value from the Inventory list of Redstone. At this stage the Order is reserved locally on Redstone Portal and no changes are done on Allocadence.
After Saving the Job.

We can see the change in "Available" columns by 'Sheet Count = **4**' and addition in "Reserved" and no change is seen in 'In-Stock'
### ALLOCADENCE INVENTORY
Allocadence is a third-party application that Redstone uses to manage its Inventory and Order bookings. The Red Stone application maintains a connection with the Allocadence system, so the inventory count of items from the Allocadence system reflects in the Inventory of Red Stone Application. The Orders created on the Red Stone application are relayed to the Allocadence Application as well.
Go to Allocadence and look for Inventory List.


The same 'In-Stock' number is reflected for this Item.
Now, Go to Orders.

Till now, no Job Order is created in Allocadence Application for this Job until it is 'Released to Production' by the Redstone Coordinator. As till now Redstone is holding the Job Order locally.
When the Job is released, we can see the Job with the same 'Sheet Count = **4**'. As per the order 
Go back to Inventory List 
We can see the change in Stock columns by 'Sheet Count = **4**' after the Production is Released by the Redstone Coordinator.
If we go back to Redstone Inventory, you may now see the 'In-Stock' has also changed by 'Sheet Count = **4**'

**Inventory Items will reflect the change in both Redstone and Allocadence Software, even after Job Production is Released and sent to different Operator jobs.**
