# **EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION**

An email subscription is an option on a website that allows users to receive updates via email by specifying their email addresses in a subscription form.
In this website portal, Redstone Users can receive an email for the following actions:
### COMPANY REGISTRATION
Whenever a new company is registered on Redstone or Affiliate Portal.
### IDLE CLIENTS
When a client is no longer active for a short period (30 days), they are considered idle.
### UNPAID CAMPAIGNS
Those Campaigns that are close to their due date of delivery (i.e., today, tomorrow).
**Notes:**
- Redstone Admin has access to subscribe/unsubscribe any Redstone user for the emails discussed above.
**Go to Email Subscription**

Here, you will find list of all Redstone users that are subscribed currently.  Click on drop-down button on 'Subscription Type', to check users for different subscriptions. 

To subscribe more users to receive email:
Click on drop-down menu 'Select user', which will show the list of all the active Redstone users.

Select the user who you want to Subscribe and the Subscription type for them.

Now, click on 'SUBSCRIBE', and those users will receive email from now on for related activity
Below are the emails that User receives if subscribed.
### Company Registration
When any new Client is registered, Redstone Admin receives an email with all the details along with the user's just like the one below.

The name of the Client can now be found in the users list

Also, any Campaign created by this Client will be part of Redstone Portal.

Note:
This email also contains an Action Item '[Self-Destruct'](https://zaifworks-my.sharepoint.com/personal/hsiddiq_zaifworks_com/Documents/Red%20Stone/Guide/Self%20Destruct.docx?web=1) for the admin to remove Client from the system.
### Unpaid Campaign

A file will be received for the Redstone Subscribed Users to view list of all the Campaigns that are Unpaid and are Due only Today and Tomorrow.

### Idle Clients
This feature is currently inactive and will be discussed as soon it is deployed
