# [Software Engineer][100% Remote][Robotic][Open Source][Rust/Python][Futurewei/Huawei US]
At Futurewei / Huawei US, we're looking for someone interested in helping us grow our open source project [dora-rs]. The project is a Rust-based robotic framework aiming at being 10x better than ROS/ROS 2 the current standard for robotic application.
The improvement from existing stack comes from a better communication protocol for extremely low-latency, integration with cloud native application, and providing stellar developer experience.
The person interested would be able to work fully remotely on a part-time, internship or full-time contract.
Compensation will depend on previous experience but will be competitive.
