# Reef <> Guru The following are the potential deliverables as per my available bandwith : - creating and managing a community advocate / developer support / grant program for projects building on top of reef. - engaging with q&a on discord and other community channels - hosting in person hackathons and managing sponsored bounties at other web3 hackathons - gathering developer feedback and help improve DX - delivering talks or hosting workshops - designing student evangelism programs that can create awareness about reef in universities - work autonomously based on specified goals Alternative option for collaboration as a third party : - can provide devrel services as a third-party freelance agency working on 3/6/12 month contracts. Availability : Part time (Service contract) Expected compensation : No particular number on mind but I get paid $150k on my full time role.
