# Community Guidelines

We created HackMD to be a community where you can work together, share knowledge, interact, and form relationships. Community guidelines ensure these goals and make it a place where we can all feel proud to belong.

When someone violates these guidelines, our Community Growth team may take several steps to enforce them. These steps are:

- Restrict access to content or delete content;
- Remove the public status of notes;
- Request that you remove note content;
- Suspend individual or team workspaces;
- Disable or delete accounts;
- Report to law enforcement agencies.

### Respect other HackMD users

- Do not share/publish any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of others.
- Do not spam other users with comments.
- Protect anyone under the age of 18 from adult content with spoiler alert (`||spoiler||`).
- Please do not send spam content or messages.

### Uphold a healthy platform

- Do not publish or promote self-harm or suicide.
- Do not publish or promote adult content.
- Do not publish or disseminate other people's privacy or personal information.
- Do not publish or promote violent or hateful content.
- Do not publish or promote bullying or harassment.
- Do not publish child pornography.
- Do not publish content primarily for the purpose of search engine indexing.
- Do not publish content solely for advertising purposes.
- Do not promote or sell dangerous or harmful goods. Examples include weapons, ammunition, drugs, and controlled substances.

# Report infringement of reputation or trademark

Please report it via the support email address [e-mail] and attach the article link and relevant supporting documents.

# Report violation of intellectual property rights

Please report it via the support email address [e-mail] and attach the article link, the original protected content, and relevant supporting documents.

# Disposal of violations
To maintain the quality of knowledge and the credibility of the domain on our platform, the HackMD team reserves the right to remove notes deemed spam or low-value traffic drivers from public view.

Our community growth team may take several steps to enforce this, including:

1. Directly restricting content access and removing public view status
- Removing notes from public view will only allow the author's access and will no longer be available to the public or search engines.
2. Suspending the personal or team workspace.
3. Requesting the removal of the article content.
4. Reporting to law enforcement.

- 請勿推廣或銷售危險或有害的商品。例如，武器、彈藥、毒品和管制物品。
- 請勿發布缺乏實質證據、純粹為了損害特定企業名譽或獲取不正當商業競爭優勢的評價內容
- HackMD 禁止以獲取流量、提升搜尋引擎排名（SEO）、或引導至外部營利網站為首要目的之發布行為。包含但不限於：內容貧乏且夾帶大量外部連結、重複發布與本平台社群宗旨無關之商業評論、或未揭露利益關係之產品推廣。

# 違規處置

為維護平台知識品質與網域信用，HackMD 團隊有權針對被判定為垃圾內容、低價值導流之筆記，採取解除公開發佈之處置。

我們的社群成長團隊可能會採取幾個步驟來強制執行，這些步驟包括：

1. 逕行限制內容存取權，並解除公開發佈狀態
- 被解除公開之筆記僅供作者本人存取，不再對公眾及搜尋引擎開放
2. 停權個人或團隊工作空間
3. 要求您移除文章內容
4. 向執法部門舉報
